The Historic Nunan House - The Crown Jewel of Jacksonville - 3.1 acres, 4500 sq. ft. + Swimming Pool & Commercial Kitchen
Travel back in time during your stay at the Historic Nunan House and you’ll see why it is referred to as the Crown Jewel of Jacksonville. Built in 1892 by Jeremiah Nunan as a gift to his wife Delia, this fully restored Queen Anne style home has 16 rooms including 5 bedrooms, two parlors, office, and full kitchen. Decor includes some of the home’s original furnishings. The historic home is situated on 3.1 manicured acres and includes access to gazebo and hot tub. The in-ground swimming pool is also available for use by guests seasonally.
Known to video gamers worldwide as “Stauf’s Mansion,” The Nunan House was the setting for the Trilobyte game “The 7th Guest” released by Virgin Games in 1993. The game was the very first to be issued only by CD-Rom and has sold millions of copies.
The Historic Nunan House is located adjacent to the popular Onyx Restaurant. Guests receive 10% off during their stay.
